Stir-Fried Spicy Dried Tofu
A homestyle stir-fry that pairs chewy five-spice dried tofu with crisp celery, silky marinated pork slices, and sizzled dried chilies, all tossed in savory soy sauce for an appetite-awakening dish that is perfect over steamed rice.

Mix the meat slices with dark soy sauce, white pepper, sugar, and cornstarch until well combined, then add a little oil and marinate for 30 minutes. Cut the celery into sections, slice the dried tofu thinly, and prepare the chili and garlic by chopping them.
