
Minnan-style Stir-fried Osmanthus Crab
Flaked crab meat scrambles with egg into golden, flower-like curds, a celebrated Minnan delicacy where sweet seafood and delicate egg mimic fragrant osmanthus blossoms in every luxurious bite.

Blanch the fatty meat, cut into cubes, and place on a plate.

Pound the horse hooves once and then chop them.

Cut the white part of the scallions into sections and slice the water chestnuts, add diced fatty pork, then add salt, MSG, and pepper, and mix evenly first.

Add the shelled crab meat.

Add the duck eggs, note: duck eggs will be more fragrant.
