Handmade Chicken Meatballs
Hand-chopped chicken mince rolls into springy, juicy meatballs, gently poached until tender, offering a leaner, healthier alternative to pork balls without sacrificing any of the satisfying bounce.
Instructions
- 1

Wash the chicken breast and cut it into slices.
- 2

Put it into the blender and add various seasonings.
- 3

Beat into a paste.
- 4

Take it out and put it into a bowl.
- 5

Prepare a bowl of water. Each time, squeeze the meatball with your left hand, dip the spoon in the water with your right hand, then pick up the meatball and put it into the pot (and so on).
- 6

Gently put it into the pot, with the water in the pot being boiled and then cooled to warm, then simmer over low heat until it slowly boils, skimming off the foam; once it rises, it is cooked.
- 7

Change to a non-stick pan, take out the cooked meatballs, put them in the non-stick pan (with boiling water), add cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, and chicken essence.
- 8

Chicken meatballs are tender and delicious, and rich in nutrition.
