Roast leg of lamb
A whole lamb leg roasts slowly with aromatic spices until the exterior turns deeply browned and the meat inside stays blushingly juicy, an impressive centerpiece for festive gatherings.

Take a fresh lamb leg and make decorative cuts on it for later use.

Chop the onion and apple and set aside.

Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, chili powder, and a little sugar, and mix well.

Put the lamb leg in to marinate for about four hours.

Place it in tin foil and cover it.

Put it in the oven and bake at 180 degrees with top and bottom heat for about fifty minutes.

Open the tin foil cover, pour out the soup, and then bake at 180 degrees for about ten minutes.

Once the sauce has thickened, it can be eaten.
