Instructions

Cornmeal is fried with salt and set aside.

Pick and wash clean.

Shred the radish into finer pieces.

Boil and steam for five to six minutes, let it cool, and mix in the green garlic sprouts.

Noodles are water-controlled and cooled until dry, then topped with green garlic shoots.

Drizzle oil over the noodle greens and shredded radish, mix separately with cornmeal, and then put them on the pan.

Steam for another five to six minutes after the water boils, then it can be eaten.
