Soak the soybeans in advance and set aside.

Set the ginger slices aside.

Clean the chicken feet, remove the nails, and cut them into pieces.

Blanch the chicken feet in cold water, then rinse them clean.

Heat oil in a pan and add ginger slices to stir-fry until fragrant.

Put the chicken feet into the wok to stir-fry.

Add an appropriate amount of oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce.
