Exclusive Braised White Radish

Daikon chunks first blanch, then braise slowly in a broth of rendered pork belly, star anise, and bay leaf. Soy and oyster sauces deepen the umami, so the mild radish turns meltingly soft and saturated with meaty richness.

    Wash the pork and slice it for later use.
