Onions Stir-Fried with White Jade Wood Ear Mushrooms
White wood ear mushrooms, boiled and soaked until pearly, stir-fry with sweet onion petals in a light savory glaze. Their delicate crunch and the onions' mellow sweetness create a clean, unusual side dish.
Instructions
- 1

Set the white jade fungus aside for later use.
- 2

After the water boils, add white jade wood ear mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, turn off the heat and let it simmer for another half hour.
- 3

Rinse with cold water, and the white jade fungus will have a whiter color and a richer taste after being soaked and cooked.
- 4

Peel the onion, wash it, cut it into thin strips, and set aside.
- 5

Heat the pan and add an appropriate amount of oil, pour in the onion, stir-fry quickly over high heat a few times, then add white jade fungus, season with a little salt and light soy sauce, stir-fry evenly and it is ready to serve.
- 6

Ready to serve.
- 7

Light and refreshing.
