Seafood Mushroom Tomato Fish Fillet
Egg-white and starch-coated fish slices poach in a vivid tomato broth crowded with seafood mushrooms. The natural acidity brightens the milky soup while the fish stays satin-soft, making a light soup with restaurant polish.
