Braised Duck with Pickled Radish - Exclusive

Cut the duck into pieces and set aside

Blanch the duck meat in cold water, then remove and rinse it clean.

Wash the ginger and slice it for later use

Wash the pickled radish and cut it finely for later use

Heat oil in the pot and add ginger slices to fry until fragrant.

Add the duck meat and stir-fry until the moisture evaporates.
