Braised Duck with Pickled Radish - Exclusive

Duck pieces are seared with ginger until fragrant, glazed in oyster, soy, and dark soy sauces, then braised slowly with tangy pickled radish. Forty minutes of gentle simmering mellows the gaminess into a sour, savory stew perfect over rice.
