Steamed Okra
Whole okra steams briefly until vivid green, then meets a light sauce of soy, wine, and starch thickened into silk, dotted with red and green chili. Minimal cooking preserves the pods' signature crunch and natural sweetness.
Instructions
- 1

Wash the okra, cut off both ends, then cut in half, and steam for 6 to 8 minutes.
- 2

Chopped ingredients.
- 3

Add cooking oil to the pot and heat it, then add the sauce mixture: light soy sauce, cooking wine, starch water, and chicken essence, and cook until it boils and thickens.
- 4

Pour over the freshly steamed okra, garnished with green and red millet peppers, with an attractive color and delicious taste.
