Cut the pork belly into slices of even thickness.

Cut the small chili peppers into sections and set aside.

Thoroughly wash the jade bamboo purchased online, then cut it into diagonal sections.

Heat cooking oil in a pot, first stir-fry the pork belly until it is partially cooked, then add light soy sauce and stir-fry for coloring, after that add cooking wine and salt and continue stir-frying.
