Prepare the main ingredients: 600g Argentine red shrimp | 5g ginger | 15g green onion | 20ml Zheli Soy Sauce

Remove the vein from the red shrimp, cut off the shrimp rostrum, and clean it thoroughly

Cut the scallions and ginger into thin strips, then pour hot oil over them to bring out the aroma
