Minnan Shacha Noodles

A fragrant broth of shacha and peanut sauces, built on fried shrimp heads and milk, cradles noodles with beef, pork heart, shrimp, oysters, tofu, and vegetables. Nutty, gently spicy, and deeply savory, it's a beloved Minnan street classic.

    Heat the pan, add shredded ginger, and lightly stir-fry the shrimp heads to make the soup base!

    Add shacha powder and minced garlic

    Two spoons of satay sauce, one spoon of peanut butter, stir-fry until melted

    Use a strainer to remove the shrimp heads and discard them, then add milk, salt, MSG, and sugar (adjust according to your own taste).

    Add the tofu and let it soak in the broth.
