A bite-sized meat bun (wonton wrapper)
Tiny wonton wrappers pinch closed around juicy seasoned pork filling, then pan-fried golden and splash-steamed, mini bun-style, for crisp bottoms and tender tops in a single bite.
Instructions
- 1
The materials are ready.
- 2
First, add the seasoning powder.
- 3
After stirring evenly, add 10 grams of water and stir evenly again.
- 4
Scoop a spoonful of meat filling onto the wonton wrapper.
- 5
Just wrap it up and pinch it tight (finish making all the remaining ones).
- 6
Pour oil into the frying pan, place the small package with the sealed side down, and fry over medium-low heat until golden brown.
- 7
Fry the other side until golden brown.
- 8
Then pour two or three spoonfuls of water around the edge of the skillet, cover with a lid, and simmer until the water is absorbed.
- 9
The outer layer is fragrant and crispy 😋, the filling is juicy 🤤. Eating one bite at a time feels so happy 😌😌☺️
