Air fryer baked potato chips
Feather-light potato chips shaved paper-thin, brined briefly to season and rinse off starch, then air-fried at 180 degrees into crisp, greaseless, spice-dusted snacking.
Instructions
- 1

One potato.
- 2

Cut into thin slices, preferably using a grater to make them thin; the thinner they are, the crispier they become when baked.
- 3

Put the potatoes into clear water, add salt for basic seasoning, soak for 5 minutes, then wash off the surface starch.
- 4

Then prepare an appropriate amount of spicy barbecue seasoning.
- 5

Place aluminum foil on the air fryer mat and spray oil on the surface to prevent sticking.
- 6

Lay the potato slices flat on the surface of the air fryer and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
- 7

Time's up, still slightly undercooked, flip each one over individually.
- 8

Spray some more oil on the surface of the potato slices, and continue to bake in the oven at 175 degrees for 5 minutes.
- 9

After everything is roasted, sprinkle with spicy barbecue seasoning and mix well.
- 10

Finished product. Fragrant, crispy, and delicious!
