Instructions
- 1
Prepare the ingredients for use. I didn't put the cinnamon powder here; it's used to add flavor. You can choose to add it or not, and the amount is very small. You will see it in the later steps.
- 2
Mix the almond flour and cake flour evenly.
- 3
Add cinnamon powder according to your personal taste, and mix evenly.
- 4
Add the sugar to the butter softened at room temperature.
- 5
Use a whisk to beat it for a bit, smooth the butter a little, and let the sugar and butter blend together.
- 6
Add the cream and mix it evenly with a whisk. It's done once you see the cream has been incorporated.
- 7
Add the previously mixed powder in.
- 8
Fold with a spatula until it becomes dough.
- 9
Put the dough into a piping bag.
- 10
Squeeze out your preferred shapes onto the baking tray, preheat the oven to 170°C, then bake at 170°C with both upper and lower heat for 7 minutes. After that, lower the temperature to 150°C and bake for another 15 minutes. Pay attention to your own oven's characteristics and adjust the temperature and time accordingly.

The baked cookies, just out of the oven, are still warm, fragrant, crispy, and delicious. Afternoon tea is starting~
