Amber Walnut
Blanched walnut kernels are candied in sugar syrup, then fried to a glossy amber hue, cooling into glassy, crunchy clusters that keep well for snacking.
Instructions
- 1

Soak the walnuts in boiling water at 80 degrees.
- 2

Take off your outer clothes.
- 3

An appropriate amount of water, boil, add a small amount of salt, a little oil, and an appropriate amount of granulated sugar.
- 4

Stir-fry over high heat until the water is gone.
- 5

Place some white sesame seeds on a serving plate.
- 6

Put oil in the pan, fry the walnuts over low heat, and remember to stir.
- 7

- 8

Cool and place in a container or bag for storage. In hot weather, it can be refrigerated.
