Appetizer — Chopped Chili
Tiny bird peppers and garlic are minced together with salt and white liquor, then left a night to wake up. A fiery opener that primes the appetite.
Instructions
- 1

Wash the small red chili peppers clean, drain the water, and remove the stems. Peel the garlic and prepare it.
- 2

Chop the chili peppers, crush the garlic (this step wasn't photographed,)
- 3

Put the chopped chili peppers and minced garlic into a clean bowl, add salt and white liquor, and mix evenly.
- 4

Put the stirred garlic chili sauce into a bottle (do not fill it too full), seal it, and store it. Leave it in a cool, ventilated place overnight to ferment, then put it in the refrigerator and it can be eaten after a week.
- 5

The garlic chili sauce is ready, and the one made this year is super spicy. I guess it won't be finished in a year.
