Appetizing and refreshing [Pickled Sweet and Sour Radish Slices]
Almost translucent radish rounds are salted, squeezed dry, and left to drink up a sweet-sour soy and vinegar bath, an appetite-whetting little pickle in two hours.
Instructions
- 1

Wash the white radish, cut it into slices, as thin as possible, about 2 millimeters.
- 2

Add salt to the sliced radish and marinate for about 20 minutes, allowing the water to come out.
- 3

Squeeze the water out of the radish slices by hand, and the white radish slices will become transparent.
- 4

Prepare the sweet and sour sauce. Pour light soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar into a bowl and stir well.
- 5

Pour the sweet and sour sauce over the radish slices, making sure the sauce covers the radish slices.
- 6

Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 24 hours.
- 7

The pickled radish slices are especially crispy, sweet and sour, appetizing and refreshing.
