Bacon and Mixed Vegetable Fried Rice
Wok-fried rice tossed with diced cured pork rendered until fragrant, plus carrot, onion and cabbage, every grain coated in smoky, lard-enriched savory flavor.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare the rice, wash the carrots and cabbage, and get the cured meat ready. Cut the fatty and lean parts of the cured meat into small cubes, peel and dice the carrots, and dice the onion and cabbage.
- 2

Put scallions, ginger, garlic, and Sichuan pepper oil into the pot, add fatty cured pork, and sauté over low heat to render the fat.
- 3

After stir-frying the lean cured meat for one minute, add the carrots and onions and stir-fry for two minutes.
- 4

Add chopped cabbage.
- 5

Stir-fry until the cabbage wilts.
- 6

Add the rice and stir-fry evenly, then sprinkle with salt and MSG and stir-fry well.
- 7

Serve.
