Bacon Sandwich
A sandwich made in a breakfast maker with toasted bread, sauteed mushrooms, and boiled cured pork slices, pressed warm for a hearty morning meal.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare various ingredients, slice the button mushrooms, slice the cured meat and cook them in a small pot. Get the Xinster breakfast maker ready as well.
- 2

Preheat the small pot on the left side of the breakfast machine, brush a little oil, and fry the mushroom slices until cooked, which takes a few minutes. During this process, we can get the bread slices ready. Once the mushroom slices are slightly yellow and dehydrated, start assembling the sandwich ingredients.

During the Meiji-style baking, first place the bread slices on the tray, then put on the mushrooms. For those who like cheese, you can layer mushrooms, then a layer of shredded cheese, then a layer of bacon, and then another layer of shredded cheese.
- 4

Finally, place the bread slices on top, close the lid, and turn on the machine. It takes about 3–4 minutes for the sandwich to be ready. The children were busy preparing the tomatoes and ignored the time, so the sandwich got a little overcooked.
- 5

You don't need to rush to take the sandwich out of the pan. Turn off the machine and open the lid, and the sandwich will become crispy, with a better texture.
- 6

Add a little oil to the small pan on the left, put in the tomatoes and fry them until cooked, sprinkle some black pepper, sea salt, and mushroom powder. My daughter often eats it this way; I don't know where she learned it from. The fried tomatoes taste really good too.

Finally, cut the sandwich into small pieces and plate them together with the pan-fried tomatoes.
