Beautiful and delicious spicy radish
Sweet pear and fiery chili flakes coat salted radish cubes, while raw onion and scallion strips add crunch, producing a gorgeous red side dish as pretty as it is tasty.
Instructions
- 1
Wash the onions and scallions, and cut them into thin strips.
- 2
Peel the radish, wash it clean, and cut it into small cubes. Add 1 spoonful of salt and marinate for 20 minutes.
- 3
Minced garlic, ginger, and pear, set aside.
- 4
Add minced ginger, garlic, and pear to the marinated radish, and mix evenly.
- 5
Add 2 tablespoons of chili powder and mix well.
- 6
Add 2 spoonfuls of Korean chili paste and mix well.
- 7
Add the onions and shredded scallions and mix well.
- 8
Look at the fully mixed spicy radish; the color is very beautiful. It looks very appetizing.
- 9
Put it in a safety container and refrigerate overnight, then it's ready to eat. [I used a larger radish and a microwave rice cooker container, just cover it with plastic wrap and put on the lid]
- 10
The next day, serve a bowl; eating porridge with it is really satisfying.
