Beef burger patty
Juicy homemade beef burger patties: ground beef brightened with lemon juice, bound with egg, onion and breadcrumbs, seasoned boldly with cracked black pepper, then slapped thin for tender, springy texture.
Instructions
- 1

Clean the beef and cut it into pieces, put them into a meat grinder, and add an appropriate amount of lemon juice.
- 2

Mince into fine pieces and set aside.
- 3

Add 1 egg, 1/2 crushed onion, 1 teaspoon of salt and ginger powder, 1 tablespoon of crushed black pepper (the soul of the beef patty), and 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs (if you like a firmer meat texture, you can skip it).
- 4

Mix thoroughly until even.
- 5

Take an appropriate amount of minced beef, alternately pound it with both hands into a meat patty, and place it in a flat pan sprayed with a little oil.
- 6

Pan-fry over low heat until both sides are slightly golden.
- 7

According to personal preference, place a slice of cheese and heat it slightly.
- 8

Place it into a hamburger, squeeze on some ketchup, and a nutritious breakfast—mini beef burgers are ready (since there are vegetables in the stir-fry, lettuce is not added here).
- 9

Make more whenever you have time, freeze them, and just take them out and fry them when you want to eat—it's very convenient and quick 🍔~
