Beef sauce you can't stop eating
Marinated beef cubes meet crushed peanuts, sesame and a blend of bean pastes in a generously oiled wok, producing an addictive sauce for noodles and rice.
Instructions
- 1
Cut the beef into small pieces, add chopped green onions, minced ginger, minced garlic, light soy sauce, sugar, a little oil, yellow wine, ground Sichuan pepper, a little salt, and five-spice powder. Mix well and marinate for half an hour.
- 2
Peel the peanuts and crush them with a rolling pin
- 3
Mix 2 tablespoons of sweet bean paste and 1 tablespoon of soybean paste to make the sauce (if you like it spicy, you can add an appropriate amount of chili sauce).
- 4
Add a relatively large amount of oil to the pot, first add crushed peanuts and fry until fragrant, then add sesame seeds and fry for a short while.
- 5
Add the beef and stir-fry a few times until it turns pale
- 6
Add the prepared sauce and a little water (if you don't add it, it will stick to the pan a bit; just a little to prevent sticking is enough), and stir-fry until the sauce has mostly evaporated.

Toppings for noodles or breakfast dishes are great!
