Bird's Nest Fruit Cake Exclusive
Easy and satisfying, Bird's Nest Fruit Cake uses 8-inch chiffon cake base, animal cream and strawberry jam and is baked until light, fluffy and golden. A great choice for family gatherings or a weekend treat.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare two 8-inch chiffon cake bases.
- 2

Whip the Blue Windmill light cream.
- 3

Continue to whip with an electric mixer.
- 4

When small pointed peaks appear on the egg beater head when using an electric mixer, it can be used for spreading on the surface.
- 5

Divide the cake slices into 4 pieces.
- 6

This cream fruit cake requires 3 layers of cake. Place the cake pan on the decorating turntable and lay down a layer of cake.
- 7

Spread on light cream.
- 8

Spread strawberry jam on it again.
- 9

Then lay on the second layer of cake and spread whipped cream on it.
- 10

Spread the white dragon fruit flesh.
- 11

Place the third layer of the cake and spread the leaking whipped cream on the sides.
- 12

Use the frosting method to spread a layer on a cream cake base.
- 13

Prepare a small grass flower nozzle and place it in a piping bag, then pipe in the whipped cream.
- 14

Use your right hand to squeeze out strip-shaped, irregular lines around the cake base in an over-and-under motion (making the surface look roughly like a coarse, rustic bird's nest).
- 15

Pile various fruits on top of the cake and decorate the sides.
