Black Pepper Pork Jerky
Seasoned minced pork is rolled into paper-thin sheets and baked, then brushed with honey and dusted with sesame for a chewy, peppery homemade jerky.
Instructions
- 1
Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, sugar, and cooking wine to the prepared minced meat, and mix well.
- 2
Add the cooking wine in batches and stir in the same direction.
- 3
There is no tin foil, so I used two layers of parchment paper, brushing oil on the parchment paper.
- 4
Spread the minced meat, cover it with plastic wrap, and roll it into a thin pancake, the thinner the better.
- 5
Bake in the oven at 165 degrees for 10 minutes.
- 6
Take out and brush with honey.
- 7
Sprinkle black sesame seeds and put it back in the oven at 165 degrees for 5 minutes. Then take it out, brush with honey, sprinkle sesame seeds again, and bake for another five minutes.
- 8
Take it out of the pot! Let it cool and cut it neatly.
- 9
Darker color means more dark soy sauce, lighter color means less dark soy sauce.
- 10
This is scrap material.
- 11
Pack the bags and put them in the fridge for when the kids come back from school! Let's eat together!
