Black Sesame Meat Floss Little Bun
A homemade recipe for Black Sesame Meat Floss Little Bun, combining egg, low-gluten flour and milk; baked until golden and fragrant.
Instructions
- 1
Weigh the materials, then take another group photo;
- 2
Add pure black sesame paste and milk to the flour;
- 3
Use a whisk to stir evenly in irregular directions;
- 4
Separate the egg whites and yolks, put the egg yolks into the black sesame milk batter, and put the egg whites into a clean bowl with no oil and no water;
- 5
Mix the egg yolks and batter thoroughly, then lift the whisk; the egg yolk batter should fall evenly at a steady pace.
- 6
Use an electric mixer to beat the egg whites at medium-low speed, and when coarse bubbles form and the egg whites' color is no longer visible, add half of the granulated sugar;
- 7
When it has been beaten to a white and delicate foam, add the remaining granulated sugar;
- 8
Continue mixing at medium-low speed. When the egg white mixture shows obvious streaks, lift the beater; the mixture should form small right angles or small bent angles, then stop beating. At this time, start preheating the oven to 150 degrees.
- 9
Take 1/3 of the egg white mixture and mix it with the black sesame yolk batter;
- 10
Pour the remaining egg white mixture into the combined batter;
- 11
Fold evenly with a spatula until it becomes a fine, glossy cake batter;
- 12
Line the baking tray with parchment paper in advance, pour the cake batter onto the parchment paper, and smooth the surface with a spatula;
- 13
Place in the middle layer of a preheated oven, bake at 150°C with both top and bottom heat for 25 minutes; adjust according to the actual situation of the oven.
- 14
After taking it out of the oven, tear off the parchment paper from the bottom and let it cool on a rack;
- 15
Use a 6 cm cookie cutter to cut out cake slices;
- 16
Take a slice of cake and squeeze an appropriate amount of black sesame paste in the middle;
- 17
Cover with another layer of cake;
- 18
There is a single slice of cake, let's have a 3-layer 'giant burger';
- 19
Spread a layer of original-flavored salad dressing around the cake.
- 20
Dip and coat with meat floss, and it's done.
- 21

You can just bite and eat it directly. For the sake of taking a better-looking photo, we used a cake knife to cut it open. The layers are distinct. Take a bite, and you get the aroma of eggs, black sesame, and meat floss—so satisfying!
