Boneless Spicy and Sour Chicken Feet
Boneless chicken feet, chilled and springy after an ice bath, luxuriate in a sauce of garlic, salted lemon, soy, and vinegar that delivers sour heat in every bite.
Instructions
- 1
Put the chicken feet in cold water and cook for about seven to eight minutes.
- 2
After washing, place it in cold boiled water with ice cubes and soak for about ten minutes.
- 3
Remove the bones with a knife.
- 4
I'm not good at small joints, I can only easily go for the big bones.
- 5
Mince the garlic and set it aside. Sauté it in hot oil until fragrant, then add salted lemon. Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, aged vinegar, and white sugar, and mix well.
- 6

Pour the sauce into the deboned claws, add fresh lemon and lime, mix well, and refrigerate for two hours before serving.
- 7
Sour and spicy with a refreshing taste, especially suitable for summer.
