Breakfast red bean pancakes, fragrant, sweet, and fluffy; the electric griddle is more efficient than the oven.
Buttery, brioche-like breakfast buns wrapped around sweet red bean paste, proofed until airy and baked on an electric griddle for a golden crust and cloud-soft, milky crumb.
Instructions
- 1

Mix flour, granulated sugar, yeast powder, fine salt, eggs, and water into a flaky consistency, then knead into a dough.
- 2

Add softened butter to the above dough and continue kneading until small thin sheets can be stretched out.
- 3

Place in a warm spot to ferment until it doubles in size.
- 4

Take out, knead out the air, divide evenly into eight portions, shape each into a ball, cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
- 5

Roll the rested small dough into thick round pieces, divide the red bean paste into eight portions, shape them into balls, and wrap them in the dough.
- 6

Well wrapped.
- 7

Seal facing down and let stand for 10 minutes.
- 8

Preheat the electric griddle, place the dough, gently press it down by hand, spray a little water, and use the end of a rolling pin to stick on black sesame seeds.
- 9

Flip it 1-2 times in the middle, and cook for about 5 minutes.
- 10

Fragrant, sweet, and soft, it goes well with porridge, soy milk, or regular milk for breakfast.
