Broccoli and Wood Ear Mushrooms Mixed with Shrimp - Exclusive

Bright broccoli, springy wood ears and plump shrimp, each blanched to perfection, combine under a savory dressing for a clean, protein-rich salad with satisfying bite.

Instructions

    Thaw the prawns.

  5. 5
    Step image

Remove the head, peel the shell, remove the shrimp vein, wash thoroughly, and cut one large shrimp into three pieces.

  6. 6

Use an appropriate amount of salt and white pepper powder, mix evenly, and marinate slightly to remove the fishy smell.

  7. 7

    Cook in boiling water.

  8. 8
    Step image

Rinse off the foam. The shrimp meat is especially tender and springy.

  9. 9

Soak and blanch the wood ear mushrooms.

  10. 10
    Step image

Put the broccoli, wood ear mushrooms, and shrimp in a plate.

  11. 11
    Step image

Place the chili and cilantro in the middle.

  12. 12
    Step image

Add an appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and chili oil to make a sauce. This is my favorite sauce, much tastier than some vinaigrettes.

  13. 13
    Step image

Pour the prepared sauce over it.

  14. 14
    Step image

    Finished product.

  15. 15

Mix it well, delicious and homely, rich in nutrition, and the texture is also excellent.
