Brown sugar chocolate bread
Brown sugar chocolate bread brings high-gluten flour, cocoa powder and black sugar together and is baked until golden and fragrant. A great choice for family gatherings or a weekend treat.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare all the ingredients and soften the butter.
- 2

Put all the dough ingredients except for the butter and salt into the bread machine to knead.
- 3

After forming into a dough, add butter and salt and continue kneading.
- 4

Knead out a relatively thin membrane! Roll into a ball for basic fermentation!
- 5

Divide the dough into 8 portions, roll them into balls, and let them rest for 10 minutes.
- 6

Roll the dough into an oval shape, flip it over, and add an appropriate amount of chocolate chips.
- 7

Roll up from the side and tighten the seal.
- 8

Bend into a U-shape! Place it on the baking tray and use scissors to cut out notches! Proceed with the second fermentation!
- 9

Ferment until it doubles in size, sprinkle high-gluten flour on the surface.
- 10

Middle layer of the oven, 180 degrees, bake for 15 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil midway, otherwise the surface will get too dark!
- 11

Just take it out of the mold and let it cool!
