Instructions
- 1

Put the butter into the small mixer and emulsify for 5 minutes at 60 degrees, speed 1, then scoop out 10g of butter to grease the mold. Set aside the rest, then add the eggs, milk, and sugar and mix for 2 minutes at speed 3.
- 2

Pour in the glutinous rice flour and milk powder, set to mix for 2 minutes at speed 3, scraping the residue off the sides of the pot halfway through and continue mixing until well combined.
- 3

Sift the cake batter.
- 4

Grease the mold with butter, then pour the cake batter until it is 90% full.
- 5

Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for about 38 to 40 minutes. Adjust the time according to your oven’s temperament and the color of the bake. Place it on the middle-lower rack, and turn it upside down while it’s hot after taking it out.
