Buttery Garlic Rolls
Buttery Garlic Rolls made with high-gluten flour, egg and milk, baked until light, fluffy and golden. Easy to follow with simple step-by-step instructions.
Instructions
- 1

Pour the bread ingredients, except for the butter, into a food processor. After forming the dough, add the butter and continue to beat the dough until it reaches a film-like state. Place the dough into a container and adjust the oven to 35 degrees to ferment until it doubles in size.
- 2

After fermentation, remove the dough, degas and shape it. Roll the dough into a long strip, cut it into nine equal-weight small dough pieces, roll the small dough pieces into balls, and then perform a second fermentation.
- 3

Add minced garlic, minced green onions, and salt to the butter, and mix evenly for later use.
- 4

After the dough has finished fermenting, sprinkle an appropriate amount of shredded coconut on top.
- 5

Then cut a cross on the top, and then squeeze in the garlic butter.
- 6

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake on the middle-lower rack for 16-18 minutes.
