Carrot and Corn Pork Bone Soup
Marrow bones simmered low and slow with sweet corn and carrot until the broth turns rich and milky, a nourishing classic Cantonese-style soup.
Instructions
- 1

Add water to the soup pot and preheat over low heat, then add slices of ginger. In another pot, blanch the bones to remove the scum, boil and rinse with cold water, then put them into the soup pot and turn to high heat.
- 2

After bringing to a boil over high heat, switch to medium heat and add the corn pieces. Once it boils, reduce to low heat and simmer slowly.
- 3

Add salt, put in the carrot pieces, continue to simmer over low heat, and take it off the heat after half an hour.
