Carrot and Corn Pork Rib Soup
A sweet-savory family soup: blanched pork ribs simmer with chunks of carrot and corn plus ginger, yielding a naturally sweet, golden, gently aromatic everyday broth.
Instructions
- 1

Cut the corn into pieces.
- 2

Soak the bones in hot water to remove the blood, or simply boil them. Once they boil, pour off the blood and add fresh water.
- 3

Cut the carrots into pieces.
- 4

Take bones with good blood content and add carrots and corn, then add ginger to remove the fishy smell and enhance the flavor.
- 5

Cook for over half an hour, then add salt.
