Celery Mixed with Wood Ear (Exclusive)
Blanched celery and wood ear mingle with tender strips of lean pork in a garlicky dressing that keeps every bite cool and springy.
Instructions
- 1

The small celery is especially tender. If it weren't for the cold weather, I would even like to eat it raw.
- 2

Pat the washed celery dry and cut it into sections.
- 3

Cut the soaked and thoroughly cleaned wood ear mushrooms into thick strips.
- 4

Cut the fresh meat into thin strips.
- 5

Boil water in a pot.
- 6

Blanch the wood ear mushrooms and celery in boiling water until the celery changes color.
- 7

Blanch the lean meat until cooked, then remove.
- 8

Smash the garlic and cut it into strips.
- 9

Put all the ingredients together.
- 10

I thought the color wasn't pretty enough, so I added some shredded carrots.
- 11

Add salt.
- 12

Add chicken essence and sesame oil.
- 13

Just mix evenly.
- 14

Finished product.
