First, make the taro filling. Steam the taro and purple sweet potato cut into pieces until cooked, then mash them with condensed milk. You can add a small amount of milk to adjust the consistency.

Next comes the assembly work. After taking the hand-grabbed pancake out of the refrigerator, let it warm and soften for a while, then spread a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese on the surface, followed by a layer of taro paste filling.

  3. 3

Sprinkle another layer of shredded mozzarella cheese on top.

  4. 4

Cover with another sheet of hand-grabbed pancake on top, pinch the edges tightly, brush a layer of egg yolk on the surface, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, and poke some small holes with a toothpick.

  5. 5

Preheat the Gobake T42 oven, set both the top and bottom heat to 180°C, place in the middle layer, and bake for about 20 minutes until the surface is golden brown, then remove from the oven.

The crust is crispy and golden, very appetizing. When cut open, it is filled with plenty of filling, and it bursts out with sauce with a single slice.

Beautiful brushed texture, this is even tastier than the extremely troublesome baked desserts. The method is simple and foolproof, quickly give it a try~
