Cheese Thick Omelette Sandwich
Thick-cut toast split and butter-seared golden, stuffed with cheese and rolled tamagoyaki omelette for a molten, indulgent cafe-style sandwich.
Instructions
- 1

All the materials are ready.
- 2

Cut the toast into pieces about 5-6 cm, then make a cut in the middle, being careful not to cut through the bottom. (For thick toast, either make it yourself or buy a whole loaf from a bakery and cut it yourself).
- 3

Put 10g of Anchor unsalted butter in a frying pan and slowly melt it over low heat.
- 4

Place the thick toast in, pan-fry over low heat until both sides are golden brown. Toast fried in butter smells fragrant, with a crispy crust and a soft interior.
- 5

Beat the eggs with a little salt and milk.
- 6

Put 10g of Anchor unsalted butter into a frying pan and melt it over low heat. Slowly pour in the egg mixture, and when the edges start to set, gently stir in a circular motion. When the egg mixture is still slightly runny, turn off the heat and let the residual heat of the pan cook the eggs.
- 7

You don't need to wash the pan; cook the bacon over low heat until done.
- 8

Final assembly: Spread mayonnaise inside the thick toast, add a piece of lettuce, two slices of Anjia cheese, place a thick tamagoyaki in the middle to fill it, and put bacon on the other side. The cheese slices, aided by the temperature of the surrounding ingredients, will quickly melt into a semi-liquid state, enhancing the texture! Moreover, it naturally contains a relatively high amount of cheese, making it more nutritious.
- 9

After assembling, squeeze mayonnaise on top and sprinkle a little chopped parsley, and it's done!
