Cherry Blossom Steamed Bun
Pink and white steamed buns cut into five petals and pinched at the tips to resemble cherry blossoms, offering a soft, sweet, and charmingly shaped bite.
Instructions
- 1
Mix all the main ingredients and knead into a smooth, proper dough.
- 2
Take half of the dough and add cactus fruit powder, kneading it into pink.
- 3
Roll into sheets, use a cutter to cut out round pieces, or divide into small portions and roll into round pieces.
- 4
Take a round piece and cut it into five sections, without cutting through the center.
- 5
Pinch the two ends of each piece together.
- 6
Just find a mold with a pointed tip and cut off the tip.
- 7
Prepare the two colors of dough in sequence.
- 8
Roll out the leftover dough scraps and press out small pink and white flowers.
- 9

Stick it in the middle to make the stamen, and the raw piece is ready.

- 11
Select the steam mode, set to 100 degrees for 17 minutes.
