Instructions
- 1

Prepare all the ingredients and soften the butter.
- 2

Put all the dough ingredients except for the butter into the bread machine to knead the dough.
- 3

After forming a dough ball, add butter and continue kneading.
- 4

Knead until a relatively thin membrane forms, then roll into a ball for basic fermentation, ferment until it doubles in size.
- 5

Cut half of the German sausage with 2 cuts to make 4 pieces.
- 6

Cut the cheese slices into triangles.
- 7

Divide the well-fermented dough into 8 portions, roll them into balls, and let them rest for 10 minutes.
- 8

Roll the dough into an oval shape, with a width about half of the sausage. Flip it over and press down the bottom edge to thin it.
- 9

Place the sausage, roll it up, tighten the bottom edge, and pinch the top to seal it into a round shape.
- 10

Place into the baking pan for the second fermentation, about 50 minutes.
- 11

After fermentation, cover the surface with cheese slices and sprinkle with flour.
- 12

In the middle layer of the oven at 180 degrees, for about 15 minutes, cover with aluminum foil if it starts to brown too quickly.
- 13

After taking it out of the oven, let it cool, then use white chocolate and dark chocolate to make the eyes and attach them to the head.
