Chocolate Sandwich Chip Cookies
Chocolate Sandwich Chip Cookies: low-gluten flour, butter and cornstarch in a few quick steps, baked until golden and crisp. Follow the steps for the best results.
Instructions
- 1

Soften 180 grams of butter and mix evenly, then sift in 200 grams of cake flour and 50 grams of cornstarch. You can use a whisk or knead by hand to mix evenly until there is no dry flour left.
- 2

Then add 50 grams of whole egg liquid in three portions and mix evenly.
- 3

After kneading evenly, divide it in half. Do not add cocoa powder to one half so it remains original flavor, and add 10 grams of cocoa powder to the other half and continue kneading evenly.
- 4

Prepare some chocolate for the filling. I used chocolate with a sweetness of 58°, which isn’t very sweet and has a slightly bitter taste. I don’t have chocolate chips at home, so I used these square ones instead. Everyone can buy the round ones, which are more convenient to wrap. If you like sweets, you can choose chocolate that is a bit sweeter for the filling.
- 5

After wrapping the filling, press the top flat and then put a few chocolate chips on it. Isn't it so cuteᥬ🌝᭄
- 6

Preheat the oven to 160°C with both upper and lower heat, and bake for 15-20 minutes (every oven behaves differently, so bake according to how your own oven operates).

Finished product photo, rich chocolate flavor.

The freshly baked cookies are crispy, fragrant, and sweet. I can't wait to dig in, hehe 🤤🤤🤤
