Christmas tree cookies
Christmas tree cookies made with butter, powdered sugar and egg white, baked until golden and crisp.
Instructions
- 1
Let the butter soften fully at room temperature.
- 2
Add powdered sugar.
- 3
First stir evenly at a slow speed, then beat at medium speed until slightly pale. Then add the egg whites at room temperature.
- 4
After completely mixing evenly, sift in the mixture of low-gluten flour, high-gluten flour, and milk powder.
- 5
Mix it evenly with a spatula.
- 6
Put it into a cloth piping bag. Use an 8-tooth nozzle. Use a sturdier piping bag.
- 7
Pipe out the Christmas tree, then insert the small finger cookies into the base. You can make about 15 pieces. If it's a bit difficult to pipe, you can use a hair dryer to help.
- 8
Place in the oven and bake at 150 degrees for about 23 minutes, then take it out and let it cool.
- 9
Place the white chocolate coins into a piping bag and put it in hot water to melt.
- 10
Cut a small slit and decorate it as you like.
