Wash the loquats thoroughly.
- 2

Remove the pit and peel.
- 3

Pour the loquats into the pot and add 1 jin of yellow rock sugar.
- 4

Start simmering over low to medium heat.
- 5

Stir from time to time during the simmering process.
- 6

Add 3g of Fritillaria powder when it becomes relatively thick after about 1 hour.
- 7

Keep simmering until it becomes very thick, about one hour.
- 8

Put it into a dry and oil-free bottle, place it in the refrigerator, and drink it with water whenever you want. Out of three and a half jin of loquats, the final yield was 756g.
