Cilantro Meatball Soup
Soft, tender pork meatballs studded with cilantro and bound with egg white, poached in a light broth with baby cabbage; fresh, herbaceous, and comforting.
Instructions
- 1

Wash the baby cabbage and break it into small pieces by hand.
- 2

Wash the cilantro and cut it into small sections.
- 3

Add 1 gram of salt, a little white pepper, and 1 egg white to the minced meat and mix well. Adding egg white to the minced meat makes the meatballs soft and tender.
- 4

Mix most of the chopped cilantro into the meat filling. Use the remaining small portion after cooking.
- 5

Put water and baby cabbage in a pot, add 1 gram of salt, and bring to a boil.
- 6

After briefly boiling the meatballs, put them into the pot, cook until the meatballs float, turn off the heat, and sprinkle in the remaining chopped cilantro. The soup is fresh and flavorful.
