Clam and Radish Soup
A briny, refreshing soup of clams and shredded white radish simmered with ginger until the shells open, delivering sweet ocean flavor against crisp-tender radish.
Instructions
- 1

Ingredients: clams, white radish, celery, and ginger (forgot to take a photo).
- 2

Wash the white radish clean, peel it, and cut it into thin strips for later use.
- 3

Wash the celery and cut it into sections, wash the ginger and cut it into shreds for later use.
- 4

Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the ginger, then add the clams and stir-fry briefly.
- 5

Add the shredded radish and stir-fry briefly, then add an appropriate amount of water. Cover and simmer for 5 to 8 minutes.
- 6

When the clams are fully opened, add an appropriate amount of pepper, chicken essence, and celery, and stir-fry a few times, then it's ready.
- 7

I eat lightly, so I didn't add salt. Clams are naturally salty when cooked, and without adding salt, I find the taste fresh and delicious. (Food lovers can adjust the salt according to their own taste).
