Classic Italian Bolognese Pasta
Classic Italian bolognese pasta where al dente spaghetti is chilled and tossed with a rustic sauce of diced tomato and pork for a rich, hearty, tangy-sweet flavor.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare a small handful of spaghetti, 1 tomato, a small piece of peeled pork belly (you can choose between pork belly or lean meat according to your preference), and 1 egg.
- 2

Cut the tomato into small cubes.
- 3

Cut the meat into small cubes.
- 4

Boil water in a pot, add a little oil, and when the water boils, add the meat sauce noodles and simmer for 8–10 minutes. Once cooked to this state, remove them and place them in cold water (ice water is best) until cooled, then drain and set aside.
- 5

Add the meat granules into the pot and stir-fry until slightly reduced, then add the prepared minced green onion, ginger, and garlic, and sprinkle a little salt and a tiny bit of chili oil (if you don't like it, you can skip it). After frying, take it out and set it aside. For those who don't like meat, this step can be skipped, and no meat needs to be added.
- 6

Heat the pan and add a little oil, then add the diced tomatoes and stir-fry.
- 7

Stir-fry until it becomes a thick sauce, add an appropriate amount of salt, then add a little water.
- 8

Stir-fry until the sauce boils for the second time, then add the cooked meat pieces and stir-fry for about half a minute.
- 9

Then add the pasta.
- 10

Stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
- 11

Take it out of the pot and serve it on a plate.
- 12

Add a fried egg on top~ Perfect~
- 13

Finished product.
