Lamb breast is blanched and rinsed to remove gaminess, then simmered with white radish, glehnia root, and Solomon's seal for a clean, sweet, nourishing soup.
Instructions
- 1

Ingredients: 500g of lamb brisket, 1 white radish, 15g of Glehnia root, 15g of Solomon's seal rhizome, an appropriate amount of salt, and an appropriate amount of water.
- 2

First, wash the lamb and cut it into small pieces.

Place it in a pot of cold water.
- 4

After bringing it to a boil over high heat, continue cooking until all the blood foam is gone.
- 5

- 9

Add an appropriate amount of water into the clay pot, and put the cooked mutton, radish, polygonatum, and adenophora into the pot.
- 10

Cover with a lid, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium-low heat and simmer slowly for about 2–3 hours.
- 11
