Cold Cucumber Salad
Well-chilled cucumber chunks soak up a savory sauce and grow extra fragrant after half an hour in the refrigerator, a Cantonese-style cold plate built on cool crunch.
Instructions
- 1

Wash the surface of the cucumber with salt, then soak for 15 minutes.
- 2

Peel the skin.
- 3

After peeling, cut the cucumber in half, scrape out the seeds, gently pound and cut into pieces, then sprinkle with a little salt and marinate for 5 minutes.
- 4

Prepare the sauce.
- 5

Drain the water from the marinated cucumbers, mix the prepared sauce thoroughly, and refrigerate for half an hour to allow the flavors to blend even better.
- 6

Add bird's eye chili as a garnish when plating.
- 7

Finished product.
