Cold Dressed Black Fungus and Broccoli
Broccoli florets and black fungus, briefly blanched and tossed in a light sesame-vinegar dressing, make a low-calorie dish that still tastes vivid and fresh.
Instructions
- 1
Soak the black fungus in advance, cut the broccoli into florets, and prepare 2 cloves of garlic.
- 2
Wash the broccoli and cut it into small florets. Soak the wood ear mushrooms. Boil water in a pot, add a little salt, and blanch the broccoli for 1-2 minutes.
- 3
2 tablespoons light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 2 grams zero-calorie sugar, 0.5 tablespoon sesame oil, mix evenly with white sesame seeds.
- 4
Low calorie and low fat with no burden, you can eat a lot without worrying about gaining weight.
- 5
Mix it when you have no appetite in summer! (A delight for people on a diet, and also perfect for cutting greasiness after hotpot!)
